Hockey is an explosive and dynamic sport, requiring strength, power, balance, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, speed, agility, and quickness. In order to meet the physical demands of this sport you need to be in peak condition. And if you are serious about improving your ability to play hockey then you need to train like a hockey player. The year round programs at the APC are designed to help you become a bigger, stronger, faster hockey player.
This is the most comprehensive hockey conditioning program available. It is the same program used to train hundreds of NHL players. Designed with one goal, to enhance your ability to perform on the ice!
Initial performance / musculoskeletal evaluation
Individualized training program focusing on:
- Speed, Agility, and Quickness
- Footwork / Coordination
